Executive Director Dr A.Adamkova together with a few Russian volunteers from the 'Committee of the Friends of the IRMT' was working for several years on preparation of the extensive Inventory of all items that belonged to the Roerich family, including original Nicholas and Svetoslav Roerichs' paintings, ancient statues, different original museum items, books and documents, furniture, crockery etc. The only catalogue of items prepared before in 1996 was executed with a lot of wrong information, mistakes and contained only 263 items contrary to almost 4000 items thoroughly documented, photographed and entered into the Registration lists by the ED and her volunteer team.
In June-July 2012 IRMT Items verification lists, containing 9 Incoming Registration Lists were signed and handed over by Dr. Alena Adamkova, Executive Director/Curator, IRMT to Sh. Hari Singh Chauhan, Registration officer-cum curator, State Museum, Shimla who was deputed for this purpose by the H.P. government. They contained:

List IRL # 2 - Inventory 2012_2_ 000372 - 000889 dd 4/07/2012 registering 517 items from No. 000372 - 000889; having number of pages: 106; covering: ancient stone and brass sculptures of the Roerichs' family, old furniture, other items, and new items from Russian folk culture, located at the Folk Art Museum.
